    • The method of extraction is steam distillation from the whole plant. The consistency is a thin liquid that is clear to slightly pale orange.

    • Apply a few drops to a tissue and inhale or add to a diffuser to experience a great way to wake up and get your brain cells working.
    • Adding five drops to a warm bath brings welcome stimulation to sore, stiff, overworked muscles. Blend the oil with some honey, half & half and vinegar to prevent it from floating on the surface.
