Limited Warranty / Return Policy

You may return your unused Beyond Scents items for any reason within 10 days of purchase. To return any item, please follow these instructions to assure your return is processed to your satisfaction: To return a purchase, please repackage your items to be returned in the original box – or equivalent. Please include your original receipt or a brief note with your name, complete shipping address, reason for return, date of purchase, your telephone number and whether you would like a refund, exchange, or replacement.

Our only obligation under this warrant is limited to replace, or refund your original purchase price. We are not liable for any incidental, consequential or any other damages, or for any cost of shipping of a returned product. Please note: any attempt to return items not purchased from Beyond Scents will void this limited warranty and those items will be returned to the purchaser when we receive return postage from purchaser.
